Rainbow pasta is colorful, fun and delicious!
Kids love the unexpected colors and adults like that it actually tastes good!

Supplies:
1 quart size ziplock bag for each color you want to dye your pasta
food coloring in assorted colors
large pot to cook pasta
small saute pan
Ingredients:
3-4 Tablespoons olive oil
3-5 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp anchovy paste or 1 anchovy fillet, minced (optional, but life-changing)
1 lb. pasta
salt and pepper(crushed red if you know what’s up), to taste
grated cheese
Steps:
Cook Pasta and Make Garlic Oil
cook pasta according to package directions/ desired doneness
while pasta cooks, heat oil in small saucepan over low-medium heat
add garlic and anchovy paste (if using) stir until anchovy paste is dissolved
turn heat down to low and gently cook the garlic oil for a few minutes until the garlic is translucent and soft
take off heat, season garlic oil with pepper and generous amount of salt
Dye Pasta
place 2 tablespoons of water into small dishes, one for each color you want to use
add desired food coloring to each water dish and gently stir to combine
drain pasta when done, divide and place into plastic bags
add one colored water to each bag (make sure to seal bags completely)
working quickly, massage the food coloring/water into the pasta, making sure it gets evenly distributed
empty pasta into large serving bowl, add garlic oil and mix well.
top with lots of grated cheese
call the kids for dinner and watch their eyes light up!!!!
